Performance shown for the Partners Group Private Equity I class as of 31 December 2024. Investors may be charged a Placement Fee of up to 3.50% of the subscription amount for Class A Units. The Placement Fee payable by each investor depends upon the amount invested by such investor in Class A Units. The total annual fund expenses, as a percentage of the Fund's net assets, is 3.01% and 2.31% respectively for Class A and I. The Fund's investment adviser ("Adviser") has entered into an expense limitation and reimbursement agreement with the Fund, whereby the Adviser has agreed to waive fees that it would otherwise be paid, and/or to assume expenses of the Fund if required to ensure the Total Annual Expenses (excluding taxes, interest, brokerage commissions, certain transaction related expenses arising out of investments made by the Fund, extraordinary expenses, the Incentive Fee and any acquired fund fees and expenses) do not exceed 3.00% on an annualized basis with respect to the Class A Units and 2.30% on an annualized basis with respect to Class I Units.
