early high school, and it became a significant part of my life early on. Right now, I have a window open on my screen that's full of photographs from my last trip to Antarctica.</span></p>

working, I may wait for the piece to tell me what the next mark should be in the gesture. Then at some point the piece simply tells me it’s done.</span></p>

the house with a pocket full of worms. You could so often find me just sort of sitting quietly watching what the birds or squirrels might be doing. </span></p>

The Fund's investment adviser ("Adviser") has entered into an expense limitation and reimbursement agreement with the Fund, whereby the Adviser has agreed to waive fees that it would otherwise be paid, and/or to assume expenses of the Fund if required to ensure the Total Annual Expenses (excluding taxes, interest, brokerage commissions, certain transaction related expenses arising out of investments made by the Fund, extraordinary expenses, the Incentive Fee and any acquired fund fees and expenses) do not exceed 3.00% on an annualized basis with respect to the Class A Units and 2.30% on an annualized basis with respect to Class I Units. This agreement is expected to be in effect through at least 21 December 2025.</p>
